葡萄和提子都是我们常吃的水果,二者外形相似,那它们是同一种水果吗?如何分辨它们 呢 ?
葡萄和提子其实都是葡萄的果实,一般粒大、皮厚、汁少、优质、皮肉难分离、耐贮运的欧亚种葡萄被称为提子,而粒大、质软、汁多、易剥皮的果实被称为葡萄。
提子本来是传统粤语口语对葡萄的称呼,由于早年进口葡萄借用了粤语的称呼,所以提子在中国大部分地区的语境里仅指进口品种的葡萄。但在传统粤语的语境里,提子泛指所有种类的葡萄。一般情况下,在除粤语地区以外的其他地区,提子一般就指的是进口品种的葡萄。
葡萄有何营养?
葡萄富含葡萄糖及多种维生素,保护肝脏、减轻腹水和下肢浮肿的效果非常明显,还能提高血浆白蛋白浓度,降低转氨酶含量。
1. 抑制呼吸道炎症。葡萄中的白藜芦醇可作为抗氧化剂对抗由呼吸道病原菌引起的炎症。
2. 有益视力。葡萄籽中富含的低聚原花青素,可通过抑制细胞凋亡保护眼睛视力。
